Vinales, who serves as the group's chairman, is the driving force behind the company's professional teams and its remarkable successes in enhancement, planning, and construction. Vinales, a civil engineer by training, owns an engineering firm that has designed and built over 400 residential buildings in Tel Aviv. Additionally, he is a real estate appraiser and safety consultant, with about 30 years of experience in the real estate field. Vinales is one of the most experienced and leading professionals in his field in Israel, known for his unique approach, meticulous attention to detail, and setting a very high standard in the industry.
